Christina always does an amazing job dying my hair. The colors that she blends together are so beautiful, bold & vibrant! I love that she looks at the pictures ideas of what I would like done. Christina really cares and listens to you. The atmosphere is very laid back; extremely friendly ladies. Christina’s assistant Bri is always there to help out wherever needed. I was able to book my appointment online the week of and she responded quickly and in a timely manner. I was able to show her a picture of what I wanted and she worked her magic. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to the owner Christina back in January and she did my hair beautifully with highlights just how we talked about. I was so pleased with her work, I booked my wedding day with my hair and makeup and my whole wedding party. I also told her I have sensitive skin and allergies to certain makeup so I will use my own which she was fine with. She then said she would keep up with that style and highlights with the next time half head and the next full head to keep up. After the salon reopened from Corona, I scheduled an appointment for the same full head as by now, they were grown out almost to mid hear length. When I saw the reminder text the night before, the salon booked me with someone else and I caught it and she had to rebook me for 2 hours later back with Christina, fine no problem. When I went in on June 17, 2020 not only was her whole salon not wearing masks to protect their customers, the owner Christina was ranting about how she felt it not necessary to follow the state guidelines and also said if anyone wanted to wear a mask go ahead, but her and her staff would not be! There were around 12 people in this confined area and definitely not 6 ft. apart. As she was complaining the whole entire time, she was flying through my highlights and sat me for processing. After I was processed and sat back at her station, I told her my hair looked dark and she snapped back and disagreed. When I came home, not only did no one notice but she missed my whole head of highlights and there were little stringy highlights on top and made it look like a totally different hairdo! I waited for 2 weeks to see if I could be mistaken and try the purple shampoo and it looks awful! So I reached out to her finally today and sent her pictures and my concerns and not only did she dismiss anything I said, she was so rude and unprofessional and told me she wasn’t going to do my hair now or makeup for my wedding!!! She added because I am a liability now! Omg I myself as a business owner for 30 years, have never witnessed such disrespect to their customers.
