Bought two of their Calming Packages, was to include a massage, manicure, and pedicure. Gift for wife and her friend for Christmas. Included tip in purchase before hand. Wife goes to schedule an appointment, was told that they don’t have any masseuses there currently. Wife asked if she can get the mani/pedi and a massage later. Was told they would take the full amount for a mani/pedi and that if she wanted a massage she would have to pay full price, since the package deal is discounted.

Yesterday was a very wet day. No cloak around my neck. I ask for one before starting, she said u dont need one. Very wet back from washing hair. About 6 in down my back was wrong, REDICULOUS Inconsiderate girl. Made her bow dry my back shirt. Another girl gave me towel and cloak to protect my clothes. I’ve came her for years, and usually TIp. Not today. Where was the supervisor? She didn’t want to completely dry my hair and yesterday was very chilly out. Who wants to get sick. Not happy at all!!

I asked to go more blonde than I already was bc my roots were coming in. I had a student and the instructor had her look at my roots. (which are brown) and go mix up a color. she comes back and starts putting it in. i had shown them the blonde i wanted. I told them my goal was to have NO brown. It came out all brown. the INSTRUCTOR had her take me back brown. then ANOTHER instructor cut my curtain bangs. took the scissors from the student and just started cutting. i showed her the picture and asked for long curtain bangs. she did a chop right across up by my eye. un-even. the instructors need the classes more than the students. i got nothing i paid for.

Critical: QualityI have previously had my hair dyed pink when I lived in another state. I wanted pink again so I made an appointment at Christina’s. After leaving & my hair fully dried I noticed the color didn’t take to some of my hair and that my hair was different shades of pink. When I called to have it fixed I was told I signed a waiver that I understood it would fade quicker. Okay I understand that would happen, BUT THE SAME DAY?! I got told I could come in but would have to pay due to the amount of dye my hair requires. Yeah no thanks, not after spending over $200 including tip. 0/10 recommend, & now I will just have to wait for my hair to go back to normal so I can go somewhere else and have it done right.I have previously had my hair dyed pink when I lived in another state.
