Critical: Quality, ValueReally unhappy with how my hair came out. I had never gotten my hair colored professionally so I came with hesitations. I put a lot of trust into the stylist to give me what I asked for and showed pictures so I went a long with things that didn’t sound right (thinking I’m not the professional here). My hair looks nothing like what I asked for, I’m deeply unhappy with what I got. Instead of a lighter brown hair I have red orange toned highlights. It looks cheap, cost $250, and I will be going to another salon where I get my hair cut to get it fixed. Very disappointed. Waste of money. Everyone I have shown the reference photos of what I wanted to has agreed that it looks nothing like that I showed the stylist. I do not think what I paid was worthy of the outcome. Their blowout service was very good though.Additionally, while not the stylists fault, I shouldn’t have to sit extremely uncomfortably for extended lengths of time just because the stylist is on the shorter side. I’m 5’4, average height for a woman. Really unhappy with how my hair came out. I had never gotten my hair colored professionally so I came with hesitations. I put a lot of trust into the stylist to give me what I asked for and showed pictures so I went a long with things that didn’t sound right (thinking I’m not the professional here). Positive: ProfessionalismJayson is an excellent colorist besides being the life of the party at this salon. He was able to lighten up my hair color so effortlessly and without damaging my hair. My hair is the lightest it has ever been and it still feels and looks healthy. I’ve gotten so many compliments.

Critical: QualityOn 10/12/21 I had my haircut there by a “master stylist” for $76.87. I’m sure she had good intentions but the short haircut was awful. My hair is very fine and limp so proper layering is a must but I had to go somewhere else to have it “fixed” but once it’s short, that’s hard to do. Not only that I had to wait 15 minutes to have my hair washed then another 20 minutes for the stylist. I did make an appointment in advance. On 10/12/21 I had my haircut there by a “master stylist” for $76.87. I’m sure she had good intentions but the short haircut was awful. My hair is very fine and limp so proper layering is a must but I had to go somewhere else to have it “fixed” but once it’s short, that’s hard to do. Not only that I had to wait 15 minutes to have my hair washed then another 20 minutes for the stylist. I did make an appointment in advance. This one provided a unique relaxing experience, with Roola working her magic fingers shampooing/cleansing my hair and Viota cutting short layers that made my hair look fuller. It was a pleasant, and relaxing experience with the ambiance kind and welcoming from beginning to end. Finding this place is like finding a great doctor with food bedside manner… You keep visiting for years trusting in their care. This one provided a unique relaxing experience, with Roola working her magic fingers shampooing/cleansing my hair and Viota cutting short layers that made my hair look fuller.
