The women at the front desk was extremely rude, stuck up and snarky. She treated me like I was stupid because I asked a simple question about what all of the different types of lash extensions meant because I’ve never had mine done. Came off very judge-mental, her facial expressions said it all. If you want to wear sweat pants to a “relaxing spa” without feeling judged because you didn’t get all preppy first think twice. Because you’ll get dirty looks up and down for it. And lastly, I have brought my toddler with me numerous times and it’s never been an issue until this woman was there. My toddler just sits on my lap quietly well her dad gets his hair cut watching Minnie Mouse on my phone(muted of course). The entire time I was seated the women never mentioned anything about her being with me. And then randomly decides to tell me I have to leave because there’s a “no child policy” because of the spa downstairs that she was by no means disturbing—quietly upstairs. Very very rudely. NEVER going here again. Completely ruined the whole experience didn’t even offer drinks like they normally would. The whole idea of a beauty salon is to make you feel better about yourself, today I left this place feeling worse.

I have super spiral curls and I’m always a little nervous to get my haircut, especially if I want something a little out of the norm. I saw Lexi today and she is absolutely brilliant at her craft. She understood the assignment and delivered. I really felt pampered. Such a lovely experience.

Absolutely amazing! They have so many options available if you are looking for more than just a haircut. You can get manicures, pedicures, massages, brows, etc. The staff is always super friendly and they always do an amazing job on my hair

Nothing was done right. I visited here on 8/22/2020 and had Camille. She butchered my hair. It was cut so uneven that there is a very large slant of hair on the front of my head. One side is completely longer and it slants to the other side being waaaay shorter. Too much hair was cut off. It cannot be styled in any way and now I must wear a hat for two months to grow it back out to where it should have been after the cut. Thanks for nothing.

I have been here countless times before for my hair and nails. However, I went 2 weeks ago and got my first ever facial, which was super nice and I got a pedicure with polish. I paid almost $175 and not even a week goes by and my toenails are already chipping off. 2 weeks go by and I have officially lost a lot of my polish! I am so upset. I would have figured with the amount of money I paid that it would stay on! So so upset! Don’t come here for a pedicure!
