Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIf it were possible to leave no stars I would. I had my hair done by Chrissy in January. It was supposed to be blonde. She left the bleach on for 3 hours which made my hair all break and fall out! It was all blotchy a horrible mess! When I called her to tell her what was happening she said it was my fault because I washed it. I asked for my money back so I could pay to try to get it fixed, she only gave me part of it (and that was a fight to get any of it) because she had time in messing it up!
