This guy is beyond ignorant. I tried to solve this issue and I find out he turned the music off in his salon and put me on speaker phone (my 2 sons were there) and laughed in my face. I always use this place for my sons cuts. However I’m a single mom and I work 2 jobs so I work from 9am until 11 pm. I scheduled an apt for my son for homecoming and my other son took him. There was a misunderstanding about the time and my son was stuck at school at a pep rally. I tried to call to see Collin and say he would be late. My service was bad so the call was lost. I then called back 3 times and NO ONE answered the phone. So they charged my card the $20 for the cancellation fee then charged me for the haircut. My sim was under the impression it would be the one charge so he went ahead with it. I called again and he wasn’t willing in the least bit to try and work anything out. He laughed in my face and was very unprofessional. After that I do not recommend what so ever. It’s sad the owner is that greedy he’s fine taking advantage of a single mother over a simple mistake. Very upset about how it was handled and I will be calling the better business bureau and won’t be back I’ll also share this wherever I can on any and all websites. He said if I would have called to let him know that would be different. I did call, he didn’t answer the phone and was probably on purpose. So I’m glad they got $50 from me. Now I won’t have a day off next week bc I didn’t have that to lose so thanks!!! Thanks a bunch!!!
