Melanie was gracious enough to open her books for me on an early Friday morning for a last minute hair & makeup appointment. She and Colleen looked at my inspiration pics, discussed what would work well and what might need to be adapted for my mid-length hair. They did the most lovely job. I loved my look for the day and enjoyed the time spent in the salon with them. My hair and makeup also held up incredibly well through a long day outside. I couldn’t believe how fresh I still looked that evening! Would definitely recommend!

She did such a beautiful blend of red with high and low lights that looks so natural exactly what I was looking for. She along with Emily and Alex are an amazing team! This place RULES. A different salon had recently colored my hair and the stylist didn’t really do what I asked for, so I made an appt. with BCB’s owner Melanie to get my hair “fixed”. She is so awesome, so nice, so knowledgeable and so helpful. She actually listened to what I asked for, made a plan with me, and my hair turned out literally perfect and EXACTLY what I wanted. Her apprentice who washed and styled my hair was also wonderful. I am smitten with my hair and I don’t think I’ve ever felt that way. They also offered and brought me a big ol’ free coffee during my visit and the cost of my hair was so reasonable. Calm and friendly atmosphere, overall such a great experience!

Melanie and her assistant Emily were beyond incredible. I told them my short and long term goals of being an absolute ice white blonde while still being able to travel the world, and they CRUSHED it. My hair is not damaged at all from a FULL bleach out and it’s blended at the root so it’ll grow out beautifully. They were sweet from the moment I walked in and I absolutely cannot recommend Melanie and her team enough! Thank you ❄️
