Kim does good haircuts, but I made an appointment with her, and when i showed up to it, she had already sat someone else. I asked her if my own appointment was still good because she already sat someonelse. After conversation, she thought the person sitting there was me, but never asked if it was me until after i showed up. I left, and won’t be coming back. Again, kim does good haircuts, but she can’t verify appointments in person that she makes over the phone. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

I spent over two hours waiting for a haircut. There was only 3 people in front of me. This was the longest I’ve ever waited for a haircut ever in my life. The cut ended up looking good, but my entire morning was spent waiting for a cut.

Mrs. Kim is incredible, I’ve been going regularly every second tuesday since October 2018 and have reliably gotten quality cuts and occasionally a relaxing post haircut massage, can’t beat that for $10.

Very poor costumer service. I walked in, was the only person in the waiting area, and was ignored for several minutes. They don’t have any sort of numbered tickets to indicate who’s next. I was eventually told I would be next seen by Rachel. Others walked in after me whom were familiar faces to the barbers. The barbers happily welcomed their friends to the barber chair before me. After all three barbers working led someone to their chair before me, I walked out. Seems like if you know one of the employees you’ll get good service. If not, tough luck. Pretty poor way to conduct business imo.

If you need a haircut, Choppers Barber shop in Daleville is the place to go! The facilities are clean. The staff is very friendly and professional! Ms Brenda is the best! They give great military style haircuts and they do all types of head/facial hair trimmings! They are great with kids and people of all ages! I highly recommend this Barber shop!

Excellent service and friendly people. If you are looking for a place that DOES NOT just nod their head to what you say and give you a high and tight skin fade anyway. Then, look no further! Recommend scheduling an appointment or at least calling ahead of time to check availability.

So here’s the skinny for Ft. Rucker folks wondering what happened to the barber shop with the great haircuts and shoulder massages. Kim owned the Choppers we all once knew. Kim sold said barber shop to its current owner. Although Kim still works there, the new owner doesn’t champion the renown shoulder massages and is pushing heavily for by appointment haircuts in effort to reduce wait time (although, I didn’t have much wait time when Kim was running things anyways). Nonetheless, they’re going through a transition period right now which slightly conflicts with Chopper’s long-standing clientele. The other staffs’ haircuts are good and are very friendly, but if you want that famous flight school haircut, ask for Kim.
