My husband has been using this shop for about 5 years now and has had decent service up until today. He went in for a cut, waited patiently only to be skipped over by not one but two barbers for customers who came in a long after him. The lady barber is honestly the only decent barber in the shop. Save your time and your money and go elsewhere!

I was referred by someone to visit the shop and test out the barber by the name C-Note. I did a walk in and one of the barbers said she wasn’t in and gave me her number. I phoned her and asked was she available to cut hair and if so what’s a good time and date. She told me she’ll be in at 3:30. I replied cool, I’ll swing back by at that time. I arrived at 3:26 I sat until 4:23 needless to say she never showed.

Today was the last straw….this was the second time i have taken my son to get a fade and he has been turned down. I dropped him and my nephew off to get a cut and they call me about an hour later telling me that the barber peewee is the only one there and has to go. I dont know what kind of business is ran up there but turning down an easy $40 is just crazy

I see a lot of comments about not being treated right if your white but this is not true! I have been taking my boys to the Chop Shop for years! Once in a while you will wait but my sons always have a fresh cut. I have mixed boys and the fade they get is on point!

Don’t go to a barber named Pee Wee. Last time i went to him he cut me up all over my face with the straight edge. Had me bleeding for a good minute. When he edged my beard up it came out all crooked and my fade looked amateur. it wasn’t blended in that good. My girl could do a better job for free.

Apparently you you’re not welcome in this place if you’re white. Went in and sat for an hour and got nothing but dirty looks. Two people waiting other than me and when they were done the place started filling up and one by one the barbers said”come on bro i ain’t got nobody waiting”. To everybody but me. So much for building better race relations.

I will give it a 2 star just because the design was o.k however he cut my son up with that razor. Had him bleeding in multiple places. My son said he never wants to go back there and I do not blame him. Seemed more like a hangout than a business. There was definitely a lack of professionalism in this establishment.
