Professional and kind, but if you have curly hair take caution. I went in January and my hair has still never been the same. I informed the stylist I had wavy to curly hair, and she didn’t believe me. At one point she pulled out thinning shears–I have never seen them before, so I didn’t question at first but when the cutting kept going, I asked what they were. I don’t understand why I wasn’t asked if I wanted my hair thinned. I have been heartbroken for months–but I wouldn’t say this cut would be bad for straight hair. It just destroyed me. Depicted is my hair before the cut, and now after.

I asked for an angled Bob with a stacked back and got a bowl cut. No angle! I have really thick hair and there are no layers. I really liked the stylist and asked her if she knew the type of haircut I was talking about and she said she did. When she finished the first time I told her that wasn’t what I wanted so she did it again. Still not what I wanted but I had to be somewhere and couldn’t wait for someone to fix it.
