I live out of town but friends recommended chop shop, Riley specifically for blonde hair. When booking with Riley she did not ask for a way to contact me which I thought was odd but who knows. So today I drove to Fairfield from Carmi only to be told that she was out sick and that my appointment had been cancelled. Accidents happen and people forget, but I am certainly disappointed and will not be attempting here again. Lesson learned: be sure that they write your phone number down.
