Critical: ProfessionalismThe first hairstylist to the left, when you walk in, always has an attitude. If you want to feel like you don’t belong here, she’s the person to see. The owner should be grateful for the other stylists with welcoming personalities, otherwise this “chop” shop would not have its other rave reviews. The first hairstylist to the left, when you walk in, always has an attitude. If you want to feel like you don’t belong here, she’s the person to see. The owner should be grateful for the other stylists with welcoming personalities, otherwise this “chop” shop would not have its other rave reviews. It’s a shame that as this tiny city grows so does the attitude of its people!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was going to a sort of fancy, high-end (eg: pricey) salon to have my hair lightened, toned, and styled about every six weeks. Then, when I was planning my wedding in Safety Harbor and needed hair and makeup, my stylist wasn’t available. I booked myself and my wedding party at The Chop Shop after a consultation. They did a fantastic job! After the wedding I continued with my original stylist at the “high-end” salon until the day I came home with my hair fried. I decided immediately to go back to The Chop Shop for repairs and have been working with Cara ever since. I love this place! Everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing with excellent music playing. Cara always makes sure that I’m 100% happy with my hair and is really sensitive regarding whatever my hair goals are. I appreciate her skill, professionalism, and passion for her work. And the prices? Amazing! I was going to a sort of fancy, high-end (eg: pricey) salon to have my hair lightened, toned, and styled about every six weeks. Then, when I was planning my wedding in Safety Harbor and needed hair and makeup, my stylist wasn’t available. I booked myself and my wedding party at The Chop Shop after a consultation.
