I scheduled a 10 am cut with DK. I’m notified by him that he’s running late. 10 :15 the latest he’ll arrive 10:42 he responds w “pulling up” another 10-15 pass and he has not shown up. At this point I’ve been waiting an hour and all the other barbers can’t explain his lack of professionalism and recommend to schedule my appointments w them next time.
