I booked an appointment for my son online via their super easy to use scheduling system based on available times and got matched with Tyler. The shop has great atmosphere and we were offered a drink upon arrival. Tyler was conversational and patient with my not so conversational 6 year old and we had a nice chat as well. We got a nice haircut in no time and he made sure it was just the way my son (and I) wanted. My son has excitedly told grandparents that he went to a real barbershop and got to have a coke. We will be back.

Tyler did an incredible job cutting my 18 month old’s hair! This was his first haircut so I wasn’t sure he’d sit still the whole time, but he made it! 15 min, listened to what I asked for, friendly and made sure my boy had all the lollipops. As a longtime resident of Holly Springs, I always try to support our local businesses. When I couldn’t get in with my normal stylist, I did a Google search and found Chop in Holly Springs. I was amazed to see that this new place had just opened up a few minutes away from where I lived. Using the online scheduler, I made an appointment with Tyler yesterday and loved the ability to pick my time without texting or making a call. Amazed when I showed up today to see a really cool, pub like environment. I was warmly greeted and checked In quickly, offered a beverage, and Tyler was ready and waiting for me. Got great conversation, an excellent cut, and was really pleased with the entire experience. Highly recommend, and Tyler does a fantastic job. Five stars!
