Am in love with this place. I came pretty late in the day, about 40 minutes before closing. They were still able to fit me in for an acrylic fill in. Linda did a wonderful job. She effortlessly reshaped my nails from coffin to a perfect stiletto shape. (Most nail artists I’ve been to can’t even do a proper stiletto shape from scratch, nevermind to reshape coffin to stiletto. Other nail techs end up giving you a weird lopsided egg-shaped nail) Linda even took her time to carefully file the underside of my nails, and check all angles and lengths of my nails. She skillfully fixed one of my nails that was painfully broken. She painted my nails beautifully, and the leopard print design was gorgeous. She didn’t rush because I was her last client. Such a refreshing way to be treated so well here at Choi’s, after so many poor experiences with lazy nail techs who see you as just another number.

I love this mom and pop salon. It’s cozy and clean and they are incredibly accommodating. Their prices are very good and they do a great job on my nails. The gentleman here also does massages, which I haven’t done but people rave about. I do powder nails and I pay $35. I also recommend the pedicures here. Not only is it cheaper than the salon that used go to, but it’s cleaner and they do a better job.

Really needed a last minute manicure, and this place had the most meticulous and friendly service in the area. I’ve been to a few places in the past, but this place really took their time with each of my fingernail despite it being almost closing time.

When booking for an appointment, they took my mum’s money in advance and the man was so rude saying he was busy in an irritated tone. Be careful when scheduling for an appointment people and they may be racist too in a way instead of compromising and giving a refund. You cannot pick and choose when in business and take the payment in advance and then say “you never booked an appointment”. If it was up to me, that place should be closed for business for good because if you did it to one client you have done that to many clients and thats how you lose money to keep the business going .

I found this gem the day before summer getaway. I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi and they accepted me as a walk in. When I had to leave after my mani to make another appointment, they allowed me to cone back before closing to get my pedi! This was in August and I’ve been going back ever since. As importantly, I’ve been thoroughly satisfied with their service. I’ve found my new nail spot and I am very happy!

The place could be cleaner but I’ve never gotten an infection or anything. Choi enjoys doing nails and takes her time. I always get a good gel manicure that lasts 3 weeks. Rosa, who does the pedicures, is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it sucks. But overall, good place for the price.
