Critical: QualityI have been coming here for over 6 years, so it is with regret that I write this, but I received a crooked haircut last week! For the past few days I have just felt that something was off with the cut so I decided to straighten my hair to inspect further and to my disappointment it is all wrong. You can see from both pictures that the left side takes a bizarre jolt to a shorter length. I am afraid to go back and risk more damage being done but I do not feel like paying for a whole new haircut elsewhere. I think I may just leave it alone to grow out and try and find somewhere new come summer. I have been coming here for over 6 years, so it is with regret that I write this, but I received a crooked haircut last week! For the past few days I have just felt that something was off with the cut so I decided to straighten my hair to inspect further and to my disappointment it is all wrong. I was very disappointed with the haircut my daughter received tonight. She came in with long blunt cut bangs and just needed a trim to get them out of her eyes. Before I realized what was happening the hairstylist gave her short layered bangs that look nothing like what she had before. The top layer of hair is a full 2-inches shorter than the bottom layer of bangs and will take forever to grow out! When I expressed that I didn’t want her bangs layered and clearly that isn’t how they were cut before, the hairstylist replied “well this is how I always cut bangs”. I felt really dismissed and wish that she had checked with me before changing my daughter’s hairstyle so drastically.

I’ve been going here for over a year, maybe 2. Although you’d associate a salon like this as female oriented, I still get a good, consistent haircut every time. Chavaleh is very friendly and professional. I appreciate her willingness to take an extra few minutes to address any concerns about my cut and make adjustments to it.

My stylist, Chavaleh, is top notch! She admits to being “picky & fussy,” which I see as taking great care with her cuts so that they please the customer. The studio is customer friendly ~ prices are very reasonable (especially when needing cuts every 4-5 weeks), the hospitality is warm and inviting (offering water, coffee, popcorn) and the incentives for discounted or free services are unbelievably generous. I’ve never found such an outstanding Studio and Stylist until now.

I was there yesterday for almost 5 hours long and I showed hair stylist a dark brown balayage style all she did literally 3 layers highlight on my back of hair not even on my two sides not even she Foiled them , they all turned reddish . I am not saying why it turned reddish , it could be my hair problem I am saying my highlights seems not professional job done . Otherwise She was nice and genuine but I absolutely unhappy with the results and looks .
