Found Choices hair salon from a Lady with a great dye job. Went to Choices and meet up with Tanjer (I may have misspelled). Asked to have my hair cut and colored. First off She was friendly. She did an initial consult. The first time I went, I got it cut and colored. Nice color. She does a great job with color. BUT the color was not as light as I had wanted. (Why not to be faced away from the mirror). I don’t mind paying and tipping as I’m in the service industry. BUT I do have a problem with not being informed if you pay with a card you are charged extra. So I went to have my hair lightened. We set up the appointment. I confirmed. I go to get it done. And I’m told the day of the appointment it can’t be done. That was not my problem.

Karolyn educated me about what she was doing to my hair throughout the process and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The color blend is phenomenal!
