Critical: QualityThe dip was poor quality for what I paid. The man who did them, made them too thin, lumpy, and left paint on my skin. My mom got gel, and the lady lied and used regular nail paint and charged her for gel. Not an honest nail salon. Two days later, my mom’s nail paint chipped, this shouldn’t happen with gel. My first time there I was satisfied with my experience, but they were really busy and couldn’t stay focused on what they were doing, which caused my nails to look mis colored and some longer than the others. Also I had asked for curved and they stated they did curved but my nails don’t even look close to curved. I brought it to their attention and I got looked at like some kind of wacko. But I do like the style I left with. Just wish they paid more attention to what they’re doing.

NO STARS BEYOND ANGRY. Horrible service Horrible job on my gel nails and pedicure I asked to match the colors they are way different. I have gel polish all over my finger tips my cuticles and it looks so messy. The worst part is that I was charged $50 3 times because he kept telling me my card was declined. I knew there was no way my card was declined I just figured it was a problem with the chip reader because that has been happening a lot lately so I handed him an older card with no chip and it worked. I then went to review my accounts and it showed it in my chip card and the non child’s card twice that makes $150 for a terrible gel manicure and pedicure. DO NOT GO HERE!! I tried to explain to the man that I was over charged and he yelled at me in front of customers and employees telling me no that’s a credit. Why was he even crediting my account to begin with. Also it’s not I’m not stupid there’s a big – sign next to them all. Ughhh so angry.

I have been to many different nail salons and this place has earned by business. I have been to a few places since going here and i keep finding myself coming back. They take great care and pride in their work, make you feel welcomed and provide consistent quality. I would definitely recommend their services.

I shouldn’t have to tell someone how to do their job. I went there at 5pm yesterday with my daughter to get a full set done…my nails are uneven crooked you can see the grooves. I paid $40 for something I could have done it looks like someone needs to go back to school on nails. Now I’ll be going back to my nail shop to pay them to fix this disasterous job.
