Certified electrolysist with clear communication about the process and her procedures and appt schedule. She is very seasoned and experienced in this line of work. She is timely and takes care to educate her clients and answers questions thoroughly. I wish I would have known about her years ago.

Sent an email a week ago without response. Called and was told she would give me a call back the next day. Finally spoke with her and she advised best way to contact her is through text as she doesn’t check her emails. Although the hours state open all days of the week she only works Tues, Wed, and Thursday. Decided to go with another electrologist.

I honestly don’t see how she gets or keeps any business as it is impossible to get ahold of her. When I first started looking for an electrologist, I called Choice Electrolysis first, on several different days and never received a return call. Even left a voice message. I’m pretty sure I did a review before which suddenly I can’t find anymore. Shortly after doing that review, she texted me, 10pm on a Monday, saying that she had been planning to give me a call back by that Friday. Well, Friday afternoon she called and by that time I had found someone that I was planning to go with. After that appointment, I decided that I also wanted to try someone else just to compare technique and speed. So I gave Choice Electrolysis a call back. That was over a week ago that I left a voice message and I have yet to hear back from her. Also, I’m not sure what Google is doing because I’m pretty sure that I left a review previously. My review was my honest experience with this business. If Google agreed to erase my review or allows businesses to do so, then I have to wonder how many other negative reviews that Choice Electrolysis (and any other business) has had removed.
