As I was getting my nails done after my pedicure two caucasian ladies walk in and they instantly asked them would they like a drink. No one as me the black lady if I wanted a drink. I was in there for about 2 hrs before these ladies came in. I’m not surprised.

Best nail experience I’ve ever had. I went here for the first time with friends while I was visiting from out of town. They’ve been here a lot and told me all about it and they were not exaggerating when they said how careful meticulous and clean they are! Nichole was so sweet and careful with my hands (I get scared with my cuticles) and just did a great job with my French tip dip.

Very disappointed. This was my first time going to this salon and it’ll be my only time. I did a gel manicure and it started to chip 2 days later. I went in to get it fixed and yet again 2 days later, the same nail and 2 other ones chipped. Gel shouldn’t be chipping this quick. I’ve been to many other salons and my gel manicures would last 4 weeks. Waste of money.

The manager Tony does my nails perfectly every time and takes his time, because he knows that I am very particular about how I like my nails done. Alin does amazing powder dip manicures and awesome pedicures as well. With that said I think I have seen each tech there and my nails are great each time. I have been going to Chocolate Nails since they opened. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a clean and friendly salon in town. The manager Tony does my nails perfectly every time and takes his time, because he knows that I am very particular about how I like my nails done. Alin does amazing powder dip manicures and awesome pedicures as well. With that said I think I have seen each tech there and my nails are great each time. I will forever recommend Chocolate Nails.

Critical: CleanlinessBe careful ladies, for the first time in my life I have a fungal infection from doing powder gels only here. I asked Tony if it was a fungal infection because I was concerned and showed him my nail but he told me week after week it was fine and would grow out. Went to the dermatologist and he confirmed it was a fungal infection and can take six months or longer to treat. It also spread to two other nails. Everyone dips their finger in the powder and no way to sanitize it. So disappointed especially when the salon kept telling me it wasn’t a fungal infection and I shouldn’t worry for months! Thank goodness I went with my gut!! I have been coming here for powder gel manicures for over a year, and they never, ever disappoint. Penny is an out of this world, incredible nail technician, and pays such close attention to detail. They are VERY clean and follow strict covid precautions that make every guest feel safe. Tony is so kind and welcoming, and truly runs an incredible business. On the very rare occasion that a manicure chips or gets ruined, they fix it right away with no extra charge! I had a FANTASTIC experience at Chocolate nails yesterday. I got tips and dip powder and I’m extremely happy with the results! Tony the manager is super friendly and personable. The nail technician, Lia, did a great job on my nails and was very gentle. The massage was an added bonus and was also very relaxing. I am giving this recommendation because I felt like I was treated very well, I wasn’t rushed, the salon was clean, and I’m very happy with the results.
