I’ve had about 6 manicures at Chloe’s now, and I feel like I finally found a place that consistently does what I want every time! Mai was so thorough and a perfectionist with my nails, and as a fellow perfectionist, I appreciated that soooo much! They are a clean, professional establishment and everyone is so sweet and accommodating to what you ask for. Definitely won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

I’ve gotten pedicures a handful of times at this salon and thought I found a great place. But had a very disappointing experience with a male tech who didn’t give a rip about what he was doing. He was persistent in digging and pulling out hangnails despite my flinching and finally saying “enough.” He still didn’t stop and never looked up. The pedicure was less than 30 minutes. He was more worried about getting to his next cigarette break than doing the pedicure. 4 days later and my toe is infected from his digging, and the place is DIRTY. Super disappointing experience. Won’t be back.

My girlfriend just got her nails done and her experience was awful. The nail tech basically butchered her fingers. They were swollen, bloody, and you could see several areas where they took of skin. She tried pulling her hand back so the nail tech would stop for a second but he was pulling her hand back in to finish. Overall all experience.

I went here for my valentine’s day set. typically i go to a place closer to home but they were all booked out. Chloe’s nails took us right away and did (prolly the best) acrylics i’ve ever had done. they were very detailed orientated with the design. The man who did my nails was very friendly and relatable. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

My mom and I were supposed to get our nails done at Candle Day Spa, but after an issue with their water and not the best service, we took our business here. So glad we did. Neither my mom not I had had our nails done in awhile, so they were a mess. Our people did a great job though and were even flexible when I changed my mind on the color for my French tips (wanted to go more sparkles, but decided on classic white). We both got a mani, pedi, and my mom got some waxing as well. Very kind, patient, and detailed. We’ll be back again.

Mai and Brittany took great care of me. I moved to Frederick a year ago and had a terrible experience getting my first mani and pedi that I haven’t sought out a nail shop till now, almost a year later. I read reviews and looked at pics and settled on this shop. I’m ever so glad I did. I was introduced to a technique called dipping (I think) as opposed to acrylic. No odors, drying time is minimal and the result is beautiful. It is also organic which does matter to me. It can be used on your natural nail or you can add tips. Beside the nails, my pedicure was one of the best I’ve had in my lifetime. Mai took great care and time and did not rush it through even as they were busy. I walked in but set an appointment for my next visit as I saw they are good about keeping them. Both of the ladies were sweet and easy to talk to. They did such a great job that I had my eyebrows waxed as well and am pleased with that job too.No regrets at all. I’ll be heading back in 2 weeks. Thank you ladies!
