Paid for the deluxe and got nothing of the sort. My cuticles were neglected, terrible shaping, and overall horrible pedicure. I’m so upset to have paid such an experience price for such lack luster service. The woman overfilled the bath causing water all over the floor. She also clicked out the of the pay machine so quickly that I wasn’t able to get my receipt and she could not communicate well enough to understand what I needed. Truly disappointed.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualitySo appalling I walked out and didn’t even get my nails done. I went in for a specific design to be done on my nails and it would have been my first time getting acrylics. When I walked in (on time) my nail tech was getting her own nails done and had me wait 15 minutes before she addressed me so she could finish up. Then when I expressed that I don’t typically get acrylics and needed help with the color and whatnot, she gave me attitude. This whole thing transpired with her not wearing mask and when I asked if she would sanitize the station prior to our appointment starting I again got an attitude. I asked for the deluxe treatment and did not get all the add ons. Also did not apply tje glitter nail polish correctly. With how expensive it is expected care and relaxation. Instead priced and poor application. Pedicure, Manicure
