I had a broken nail and went to have it repaired. Instead of adding more acrylic to fix the break they just filed the nail down. Then asked for a polish change, took my own polish, and was charged $20. for the polish change!!!! Ridiculous!!! Overpriced and incompetent!! I went back the next day since the nail was still broken. Again they filed it down and polished it!! Don’t go here!! The shop is not clean either!

I really wanted to love this place! I was looking for something new (and cheaper) than my current nail salon. The wait time was only about 20 minutes and the lady was very kind. I asked for a certain shade, they didn’t have it. Then again and again. Finally, I just said any pink will work. Then she couldn’t understand me when I told her I wanted round nails, not square. So as she cut my natural nails all the way down, it was too late to do the round like I usually do. Then I guess she didn’t shave off my previous color from before enough, so the other color was completely showing through on some parts. So, we had to start over on some nails. They were super thick and unnatural looking.. wanted them off the moment I left. Oh, and as you can see.. she couldn’t do the nails straight. So, I also had crooked nails. Will just stick to my usual place.

Great customer service and mind set ! The nail tech was very patient in helping me choose and showing me the exact tone of pale pink I wanted. Once I finally made my mind up she was very understanding of the exact shape I was wanting. She would show me every nail after shaping to make sure I was happy with the outcome. After all this I was only charged $40.00 for great customer service, patience and very long almond/oval nails that are perfectly thinned out and shaped exactly how I wanted.

As I sit here getting a pedicure, I was never once offered a drink but for others they were offered. I have been coming here for years for my nails and pedicure. Kim was not as nice as she usually is. Instead of her doing my pedicure as I asked her she let someone else do them. This was the place to come to but I will need to find me somewhere else to go. Hospitality gone. You can see a difference in the services. I was a loyal customer. The rush on my pedicure was ridiculous
