All the ladies are friendly and skilled and I haven’t found a local place as welcoming. Brought a friend along this time around and she had a great experience as well. Critical: PunctualityThis place is AWFUL. If you cherish your weekends or time in general avoid this place at all costs. When they first opened last year they were timely and professional. THREE times in a row I booked a normal appointment time (mani and pedi) and THREE times in a row I waited well past an hour after my appointment time. Employees don’t show up which is an excuse they used the first time. Second and third time thinking they had a bad day I went back and same thing happened. Waited almost two hours in cold pedicure water they kept telling me two minutes and ended up doing other people who walked in after me with no appointment. I ended up just leaving. This place is AWFUL. If you cherish your weekends or time in general avoid this place at all costs. When they first opened last year they were timely and professional. THREE times in a row I booked a normal appointment time (mani and pedi) and THREE times in a row I waited well past an hour after my appointment time.
