This place was amazing. It was my first time here and I am definitely going back! Hannah did my nails and she was so patient, precise and thorough. One of the guys there took the time to explain the differences between gel and dip powder to me which I greatly appreciated. Pic for proof. I stopped by here on a whim recently and was pleasantly surprised with how good they were. I was looking for a simple gel nail and they came out perfect! My nails had been shortened recently due to stress and anxiety for finals but the tech made sure I kept as much length as possible and babied my nails. I had a tech who I suspect was newer, and she spent extra time making sure my nails were taken care of. She did everything by hand, including filing and buffing. No Dremel! I wish I had been able to catch her name before it got super busy. I will definitely be coming back!

I LOVE THIS SALON! Everything is incredible — from the staff, the interior design, the cleanliness, the efficiency, their online booking/ check-in/ reminder system, EVERYTHING! I’ve gotten my nails done by a few people there; Nee, Hannah, Rachel and others — all are amazing and they take their time making sure they do a great job every time. Ryan is awesome at managing the salon, he’s the best, always helpful and he always makes sure I get my appointments. I’ve told all my friends and family, who are all now loyal customers. Every person I’ve sent has had a great experience and loved the quality of work they do. I LOVE LOVE LOVE CHLOE NAILS! You won’t be disappointed!

First of all let me just say that my nails came out amazing. Definitely the best nail tech I’ve ever had as far as nails go. I don’t think people realize that it’s rare to have someone do your nails this good. This is the standard everyone looks for but doesn’t find and I was 100% satisfied with the way they came out at the end. I liked how the nail tech (tattoo sleeve guy) really took his TIME. A lot of techs just rush and get sloppy. You could tell he’s about his skill and is proud of his work which I think is great. However, all of that doesn’t matter if you have a bad attitude. I showed him what I wanted which was a green French tip and told him verbally as well. He said he didn’t remember which I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that but when I was choosing my color I noticed they didn’t have the shade of green I wanted so I politely told him that we could just do a white tip instead and the white tip was fine. He then told me rudely to “just choose a color” beginning to sound irritated and I had to tell him again that they didn’t have the shade I wanted so the white tip was fine. He kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain to him why not having a green tip was ok and then he started raising his tone almost yelling at me saying that he wasn’t forcing me to choose his color (white tip) and that I could choose whatever I wanted. I just kept telling him that I understood what he was saying. I didn’t understand why he was getting so offensive. When it came to turning or lifting my hands while he was working on my nails he would make hand gestures towards me but went rudely about it like I’m automatically supposed to know when to lift or turn them let alone understand what he means. I get what he was trying to convey but there’s a way to go about it and also not everyone knows that. He was nice in the beginning and was making conversation but I did not have a pleasant experience towards the end sadly. As much as I would love to go back I will not spend my money somewhere where I am treated like that. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter how good you are at your job. It’s about how you treat people and he needs to check himself, be humble, and think about how he talks to people. I say humble because he also kept bragging about how good he was at doing nails. It really does suck though because he is good at his job but that’s a deal breaker for me. Do better. Also, the pricing was a little ridiculous. It was originally $90 but he took $5 off I guess to be nice (or like it was that much of a difference lol) but it’s just a French tip dude lmao $15 for a tip ? I didn’t even ask for gel they literally asked me when I was checking in “acrylic right ?” And I replied back saying “yes”. Very disappointed. I say all of this in the most honest and constructive way. Hope this is helpful to someone

Loved my experience there! Vy did an amazing job on my nails and took so much attention to detail. She communicated the whole time and gave me exactly what I wanted and more. The staff were all amazing and friendly from the minute I entered. You can tell that the manager there truly cares about his employees and keeping customers happy. Will return soon!

I love this place. Today Kane did my nails for the first time and he did an amazing Job. My hands and feet look amazing. Kane and Wendy were also extremely attentive and courteous.
