My husband had a pedicure. They cut his toe nails so short that he couldn’t sleep as they were so painful. I had a no chip manicure done. They should soak off the polish with acetone. Instead she used and electric tool and kept hurting me. Also, the polish job is bad, most of my nails have bumps and waves in them. This was the first shop I’ve tried in Texas. I’ll find a different one.

I’ve been going to Lina for 10+ years! She always does a great job with waxes and pedicures. The salon is always busy, but they let you know what the wait time is when you arrive. I usually bring AirPods and a book with me while I wait to pass the time.

This is the third time I’ve come to this salon. The location is very convenient, they do an okay job, and the staff is nice, but when I’m paying for the “deluxe spa pedicure” I expect to get AT LEAST a couple minute massage per foot. They rush you every time, and spend less then 30 seconds on the massage (the best part of the pedicure). Also, this is the second time they polished my toes unevenly (one big toe has a thicker layer of polish than the other, altering the color). I always feel like they are just trying to rush me to get to the next person.

Definitely not coming back! Nor recommending! This salon is the epitome of bad business and customer service. Do yourselves a favor, save your money and go to an actual QUALITY salon! Not only does the staff not follow through with there scheduled appointments, they throw you on whomever is available. If I wanted whoever I would not of scheduled an appointment! Do not waste my time due to your inability to follow through with appointments. Furthermore, it’s quite obvious the nail techs laugh at the customers they are working on & furthermore make fun of the customers walking out the door. The nail techs do not listen and are careless with people who have sensitive nails and/or cuticles. This place is a joke & that’s being polite. To the owner: Teach your employees to be more mindful and respectful of people’s time, money as well as the fine skill of etiquette! Shame too, the reviews seemed positive. However, good job on losing my business Hopefully you’ll read your reviews and remedy it before you go out of business!

I when 6/2/22 I paid 190 for my 9th old daughter she got a pedicure and a manicure and I got a pedicure and it said on nails with your gel polish . That’s ridiculous to pay that much money never again.
