DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Took my daughter there to get nails for a special occasion. She was happy up until we went here. I asked the nail tech a simple question and she flew off the handle all offended. She proceeded to do the most horrible job on my daughter’s nails. The atmosphere was already tense because they proceeded to have an awkward discussion as to what time they should take the last client. Needless to say workers were not happy. Overall worst experience ever at a nail place. Will never go there again and they ruined a happy moment. Now my daughter has to fix this mess before her special occasion. Ppl if u dont like your job then do something else. Dont ruin nice things for other ppl.

Absolutely no cuticle treatment, what I asked for looks nothing like what I got, French tip is too low most of my nails are half white half pink glitter. Before walking in, I made the phone call explaining the nail design I wanted and got an estimate charge of $30. I ended up paying $45 bc I got powder dip (it’s quicker as she stated) I ALSO got a pedi that messed up in the salon and she attempted to fix it by rubbing nail polish remover with her finger to smooth it out.

Every time I get pedicures I get rude ugly nail techs from different salons (which steered my away from ever getting them done) and she was my first kind and sweet nail tech. She did an outstanding job on my pedicure. I found my new favorite place. I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEE THIS SALON. The lady that did my pedicure was so kind and helpful. Every time I get pedicures I get rude ugly nail techs from different salons (which steered my away from ever getting them done) and she was my first kind and sweet nail tech. Terrible! Asked for face wax talked to 2 different girls and told me to have a seat and sign in waited like 30min until apparently the girl who waxes is on vacation and of course I had to respond “you guys couldn’t tell me that before I sat down?” And all I get is oh I’m sorry I didn’t know you where getting a wax. ♀️

Horrible job asked for coffin shaped nails and they look nothing how they are supposed to. Also the polish is chipping off after 3 days of getting them done. My cousin got them done with me and one of her nails fell of 2 days after getting them done. Would not recommend coming if you are looking for a long lasting acrylics.

In town visiting my grandparents and we decided to get our nails done and it was a great experience! We called ahead to see when they were available to give 2 manis and 2 pedis at the same time and they were very accommodating. As we sat here they continued to get busier and busier. The staff was very friendly. Both my niece and I have ingrown toenails and normally pedicures can be somewhat painful but the technicians were very gentle and did a great job with our toes. My mother and grandmother got manicures and were both pleased with their experience. Plan on coming back next year when we are in town. Thank you for the wonderful morning!

I got my nails done on Sunday and it took 2 hours for me to get in and when I finally got in the girl doing my nails kept helping other costumers making my experience take longer. When I was finally done I was disappointed in the work she did. The lengths are all different the edges are a mess and she left spots of acrylic hanging down which have already cut me. I am never going back. It was horrible.

Well, I felt like some employees were sweet, and others were impolite and unmotivated. There’s no warm welcome, or happy smiles. I just got a ” Hi, what do you want? Okay, sit there.” kind of vibe, it was awkward. I tried to make small talk, but they seemed disinterested. I let my nail tech do her job, bc I don’t like to make comments. I don’t like to be picky, or come off stuck up. So I trusted her, but they came out crooked, missed spots, over painting too? …and my index finger nails are different lengths, the acrylic is too thick and not properly covering my nails, one of my pinky nails looks cute and dainty while the other one looks like a fat blob, and theres still glue/acrylic all over my fingers. DISAPPOINTING .I liked the color…but I left very uncomfortable…don’t want to go back. They don’t give a damn about your experience, or customer service. Maybe they got the wrong impression?…but I just didn’t feel welcome, or relaxed. I felt like a dollar sign. If you go there, pay attention to what they’re doing, and speak up about it if you want nice nails. Don’t be shy like me, cuz they’ll play you.
