Whatever you do DO NOT come to this place and expect good service. The man and women who I assume are the owners of this salon are disrespectful and rude to an unprofessional point. I said I would go somewhere else to get the set I wanted later on (as they were very rude and denied being able to do what I wanted) and said I would just get a regular set then for now. The man proceeded to make me get up and leave because I said I would go somewhere else for another set, mimicked and ignored me until I left and already had started working on someone else’s nails. All I can say is I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here ever. Surprised this place is still in service.

Post pandemic, I was a customer for over 15 yrs. It’s expected that after we are getting back from covid, new people are working. I went in with hoping I would be understood but the language barrier was bad. I asked for American tip polish and got French shellac and lines were not even at all. I cant post a picture the review wont let me. Ingrown nails were not removed which was a common reason I would come. After 58.00 on a failed pedicure, I’m extremely sad the quality has really changed. Won’t be returning.

Took my daughter to get her nails done here the lady was fine at first when my daughter explained what she wanted & showed a picture to her as well she gave her the price and we agreed. After she started doing her nails she cut them the wrong size she said that looked better she wanted to so them her way . They were way shorter than what my daughter had initially asked for. So the lady got mad because my daughter said that wasn’t the size she asked for. The lady took them off and stood up leaving my daughter sitting and waiting for another person to come do them and said that now it would be 10 dlls more.That is so rude and unprofesional. So we said no thank you I will not get them anymore and we had to leave. Not ever coming here again.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI was waiting for a pedicure for 50 minutes and then they tell me that the person who does the pedicures left on emergency. There were other employees there and for them to only have one person do pedicure is ridiculous. I even saw a lady walk in and sit down without waiting or appointment because I heard her. On top of the shellac being more pricey than all the other salons in the valley, it was the worst job I’ve ever had done for something so simple. It was so bad I had to call so that someone could fix it and I had to go in again. The lady was very nice but she only fixed one hand but she made my nails bleed!!!!! I was really trying to keep calm I really should have just asked for ALL MY MONEY BACK INCLUDING MY $10 TIP. Now the hand that wasn’t fixed is a completely different shade and the shellac is already peeling. To add to this, the color on the wheel that I chose was not matched to the correct number of the actual polish so I was given a color I didn’t even want or like. I should have said something immediately but I didn’t want to be rude… i also got an eye brow and lip wax which was $15 down the drain because once I got in actual lighting I could see that my eyebrows and lip were exactly how they were when I went in to the shop… I’m not sure what she waxed… and she also left wax all over my lip… terrible horrible job…will stick to my usual salon that never lets me down… only reason I went here was because it was Labor Day and everywhere else was closed. Also dirtiest place ever… the room where she waxed me was dark and also the break room for the staff….I should’ve remembered all my friends telling me how bad it was from their own experiences. Anyone who puts 5 stars on this place is probably friends with the people that work there….don’t believe it !

I went to get a pedicure for $25 dollars. The lady cut both of my big toes on the side and made me bleed. Also she cut all my nails to short where the point the pain hurts. She painted them super slobby as if a kid painted them. She keeped looking up at me when she could cut me or injure my toe. Not worth the money or time at all
