Ms. Chloe puts in hard work and quality time into doing your hair to the best of her ability, by using top products for hair growth and to restore healthy hair. I expected all of my hair to be cut off because my hair was that damaged but she made it look nice and didn’t have to cut as much as I expected her to!!!
