Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI was trying to get a massage due to an accident. I am surprise on the overall rating. I entered and only one person was there. A little hard to communicate with which is not the main problem. It is the way she walked me into the room. In the room she immediately asked me to pay right away. She insisted cash and pointed to go to an ATM but eventually she understood I wanted to use my credit card and she said it was okay. I had to get my wallet from my vehicle and once I entered my designated room, I handed her my credit card and she immediately asked how much will be the tip. I said 10 bucks, and she immediately said no and refuse to continue. This is my first time coming to this business and the impression was worth zero tips, but I said 10 dollars anyways. Treating your first time customers this way is quite unacceptable. Only positive thing was she checked my temp at the front desk. I was trying to get a massage due to an accident. I am surprise on the overall rating. I entered and only one person was there. A little hard to communicate with which is not the main problem.
