Chinese Massage Therapy

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI was desperate for a massage at the last minute from some back pain I was experiencing and came in here as they accepted walk ins. I’ve had plenty of massages before but never before have I been climbed on by the therapist, the woman doing the massage proceeded to sit on my body and massage with her knees and feet as well. Very uncomfortable experience. I was trying to be polite and just take the 30 mins pay and leave lesson learned and she proceeded to pressure for an hour massage but I insisted no thank you. When paying the woman argued over her tip and insisted for more money. I don’t appreciate being argued with after stating what I wanted to give which was already over 20%. Not a clean place either. I was desperate for a massage at the last minute from some back pain I was experiencing and came in here as they accepted walk ins. I’ve had plenty of massages before but never before have I been climbed on by the therapist, the woman doing the massage proceeded to sit on my body and massage with her knees and feet as well. I have a spinal injury and they wouldn’t listen when I said I was in pain. Then when leaving they kept insisting and insisting on a bigger tip so I went from 140 (I paid for my sisters massage too) to 190 then to top it off i go home and check my card balance to find they tipped themselves and additional 60 dollars which I disputed but im disgusted im a mother of 2 I don’t 100$ to leave as a tip for an hour of service.
