First of all, the place DOES NOT smell bad. Second, it’s such an awesome place to get a massage. I had some serious upper back pain from sitting at the desk too long and working hard these past 6 weeks. This place is legit and very good! Not fancy, but *quality* deep tissue massage. I highly recommend it. I did 1/2 hour, but regretted it and then came back for longer. And I’m not even a huge fan of massages. But I needed it and it helped a lot.

I went here on a Saturday night; the masseuse got me in at 7:30 (which was on relatively short notice). I laid on the table, and she started the massage. The massage itself was OK; she did some good compression techniques that cracked my back at first. Things went downhill from there. She never put any real pressure on my back or other areas when she was massaging. She left for 5 minutes around the 30 minute mark, and then again for 8 minutes around the 40 minute mark. She checked her phone during the massage (which was on the massage table) and had conversations with her coworker during the massage. We stopped at 8:24 (6 mins early). She is also pushy about the tip; she seems to think she is entitled to a tip regardless of her poor performance.

The best massage I have ever had was there. I forget her name but a small Chinese woman did it and she is incredible. Used her knees and elbows on my back. I actually ended up going back about 8 times while I was there for four days doing double massages (2 hours) each. I have had massages in many countries and could write a book on the subject. I spend 10’s of thousands a year as I have been an IT guy for 28 years and it wreaked havoc on my neck, shoulders and lower back plus all the driving I did from Vancouver, BC to Seward and back. Camper Van broke down in Fairbanks and I flew back from Whitehorse. I’m glad my van broke down there!

Massage by Ceecee was fantastic. I have a really bad shoulder and she worked out all the pain! Highly recommend. Other places will just put you to sleep and relax you. She even did hot stone during the hour. I felt like I could fly away afterwards because I felt so light.

Instead of paying attention to the customer laying on the table, she in and out of the room. Calling and texting people and the massage was subpar. She didn’t even take the time to massage my legs. And was expecting a 20 dollar tip. WOW
