Critical: ProfessionalismAggressive (border line crazy) management. I went here with my family for a massage—we weren’t too happy with the service, but still gave a 20% tip. Aggressive (border line crazy) management. I went here with my family for a massage—we weren’t too happy with the service, but still gave a 20% tip. Owner demanded more and started raising her voice at us, shaking the money. It was SO unprofessional, you should never treat a customer that way. Not to mention a tip is up to the customer. I will not be returning. Terrible experience.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy review is not for the massage itself, but more about the lack of management intervening when I had a verbal altercation with another patron when he refused to silence his phone. It went off more than 5 times. After seeing that none of the staff or management would ask him to silence it, I politely asked him if he would kindly put it on silent. He was extremely loud and rude and said he would not, that it isn’t a library. After we had some words back and forth, I tried to keep my voice down as to not disturb others. That would make me as bad had him. The gentleman massaging me tried to get me to not say anything to the man. Unreal. There are signs everywhere asking that phones be silenced. I could not believe that the staff and management would allow his behavior without a word. He was offensive and rambunctious. I went there for relaxation and to de-stress. After all was said and done, no apologies or discounts were offered to me. At the very least, an apology. They all turned their heads and pretended nothing happened. I will NEVER return nor refer this place to anyone. If you’re looking for a professional relaxing environment, this is not it.
