My son told her how he wanted it cut and when I tried to add additional information about how he likes his hair cut she proceed to yell at me and would not permit me to speak. I had my younger children with me so I tried not to make a scene. I allowed her to cut his hair and I wish I had just walked out. His hair was extremely uneven throughout. Her shop was very dirty and she has a lot of signs about being courteous to the barber and not using your cell phone, but she uses no courtesy when speaking or listening to her customers.
