Went to get my nails done – guy behind desk said can I help you…. asked for a refill and pedicure. He looked in the book and said Oh we are booked, don’t have time for that…. Now, I understand appointments and all, but there was no one there and you shouldn’t have a sign that says Walk ins Welcomed if you are turning them away. Unfriendly to “non locals”
