Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWhere to begin: literally on the phone for several min while giving the massage…and the worst, knocking on the door, me saying I’m still getting dressed and then coming in saying she really needed to clean the room for the next client, and proceeding to clean while I finished changing despite objection. Where to begin: literally on the phone for several min while giving the massage…and the worst, knocking on the door, me saying I’m still getting dressed and then coming in saying she really needed to clean the room for the next client, and proceeding to clean while I finished changing despite objection. Very plain massage. No walking on your back or anything note worthy. Too much repetition of the same thing over and over again. I don’t recommend at all unless the next person who reviews says they made changes

While on business travel, I called China Massage for an appointment the following day. I arrived 10 minutes early and it seemed as though they didn’t know of my appointment. I was placed in the couples massage room and sat for ten minutes. Then I was moved to a different massage room. I spoke with my therapist, Sara, and agreed to a 90 minute massage. Her professional and expert masseuse skills were fantastic. A trained and skilled artist. The problem was that they were very busy. She left the room at least three times and abruptly informed me “only 70 minutes”. It was more like 60. I was left with the feeling that I was “in the way”. When I checked out and paid, I still gave a nice tip, which seemed to surprise her. I tipped on the fact that the massage, when focused on her work, was very good. The major problem was that she planned on a 90 minute session and stopped early. She missed several key body sections.

Just scheduled a session for 6:40. At 6:55 when I was on the table they said me that they don’t have time 60 min but only 45 min for almost same price.I spend 30 min for waiting and canceled the session.Pretty unprofessional service . Won’t recommended to friends the place.

I travel frequently for work and this is the first massage I’ve had in the states that matches the quality of the massages in China. Outstanding experience and reasonably priced as well. I recently moved to Woburn and I will definitely be scheduling monthly massages here from now on.
