Upon arrival, there were no instructions, we were simply waved into a room and left alone until they came in and were upset we weren’t undressed yet. I was expecting some sort of consultation beforehand. The massage itself was painful despite both of us saying we wanted a lighter touch. They pulled both of our underwear down without our consent and even commented negatively on my husband’s underwear choice! After the massage, we offered them a tip via credit card and they shamed us for the amount, directly asked for more money, and then charged us tax on the tip amount!
