Went there on a Sunday afternoon and place was empty(1st flag). Got in right away and they wanted us to pay up front first(2nd flag). I objected, they said ok, but when I got back from the bathroom, they wanted me to pay up front. So fine, I did. The 1 hr massage was $60, for 2 people it should of been billed at $120, but they charged us $125(3rd flag). I saw it and would offset that when I tipped later. Went in for massage and it was good overall. After massage, I gave them $20 cash tip, plus the $5 overcharge from the beginning, I thought that was very fair. She looked at my $20 and was like ‘not enough'(4th flag). She wanted $20 each! A $40 tip on a $120 massage???? That’s a 33% tip! I said No, but gave her an additional $5, and she still frowned upon it!!! Now I’m upset and stressed out again, which negates the massage in the first place! I left, never to return and never to recommend. She lost repeat business and referrals. So sad.

She was very rude and extremely unprofessional. She insists i Gave her a tip prior to even get starting the massage. She even didnt give me the full hour and said the time starts counting as soon as i walk in the there. So i was cut 10 minutes short with no refund of lost time and the lady had a horrible attitude and doesny deserge any tip. She definitely isn’t a good masseuse and is hurting the company as it just lost a long time customer. Very clean, staff was friendly and spoke good English. The massager was very professional and did a wonderful job working out the tension in my neck and back… price was normal for around here, but the service was way above the other massage places I’ve tried! The 1 hour price here was cheaper then the 15 minutes I get with my chiropractor and I felt much better after my massage therapy then after getting my bones cracked therapy! For me this massage spa and their massage technic really did the trick !!! Thank You, I’ll be back soon!
