Not a walk in – must make reservations. Today a woman In the front at first I thought was a language Misunderstanding- but my massage was average, that’s what happens sometimes in the massage world , then the lady in front has a pre written paper to tell you , you must tip 20% . It really hit me in a wrong way . And she said “well covid” .I told her you can’t force people to tip 20%? I will not come back , I can get an average if not better massage with out the extra attitude. So many other places to chose from . Response to the lady km the front comments – Considering I also worked during covid everyday and my day off and put my self at high risk , and don’t use it that info for being rude , she will never know . I am the most truthful community member preparing people what to expect when they come to a local business . All true

I went with my girl friends and I had Lisa. She was absolutely amazing! I am 7 months pregnant and she took care to make sure I was in the best positions for my pregnancy. Her pressure was perfect. I love a strong massage and she was very good with being strong but not too much or painful. I highly recommend this place!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityHad to call the cops. After swiping my card here, they told me the machine didn’t work and that I needed to get cash. I went across the street to my WellsFargo atm got the cash and as I’m walking back I see on my WellsFargo app that they had already charged me $110. I showed the proof and even had someone from Wells Fargo confirm on the phone but they demanded cash and said I need to leave a credit card number, my ID, and my phone number if I leave.
