Tae at the front desk was persistent but not overly so when I kept missing his calls to schedule my appointment. He’s definitely a medical-grade skin care expert. I must say, ChinUp sure knows how to treat you like family and make you comfortable during your treatments. I’ve been to their Kennesaw location and when they told me they opened up in Decatur I had to go. I live in Chicago but visit Atlanta often. I was chosen as a model because of my terrible acne scars I’ve had since a teenager. I wanted to get treated but where would you feel comfortable with people sticking needles in your face, especially when you despise needles. Once I walked into their new location, I was floored by their employees and professionalism. I was there for a couple of hours during my treatment, and let me tell you it was therapeutic and fun at the same time. Their new device was awesome! They gave me specific instructions on my skincare routine and the best part, they told me the why! It’s hard to find knowledgeable people in their profession, but the staff at ChinUp know their services. If it’s time to invest in yourself and your body, ChinUp is the place to be!
