Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality****BUYER BEWARE***** DO NOT GO HERE FRAUDWe purchased an entire package from Vanessa— $3,000 total. after a couple days with our first session, the results were minimal at best— I contacted her stating my concerns and said I really didn’t want to continue the services.She never measured my sister as promised and was very poor at communication, is severely unorganized, and is not able to explain her product. We decided to give this service a try from the before and afters (which come to find out, were not originally hers)I expressed my dissatisfaction with her and asked for a refund. She refuses to refund money for unused sessions (3,000$ total) and claims she has a no refund policy on a receipt that I never received. She typed our credit card number through her cell phone and was never emailed a receipt. we have no contract, there is no written refund policy anywhere to be seen, on her website, her social media, on the general information packet we filled out and certainly not on the receipt she never provided.I’ve been canceling any appointmentsand she’s continuing to harasss me about the appointments that are still on the schedule, even after being canceled several times. She won’t even send a confirmation for cancellation— she clearly just ignores anything the customer wants and takes the money. Don’t do business with this person, she’s extremely unethical and irresponsible. She thinks it’s not right to ask for a refund instead of the customer’s dissatisfaction— so she clearly doesn’t care about making the customer happy. Stay far away, and don’t purchase packets unless you want to be ripped off and out hard earned money.Unfortunately, we will be filing reports on her business taking legal action and moving forward with small claims court. We’ve tried working with her for almost 2 weeks to find a solution and she still refuses or just flat out ignores the whole situation.DO NOT do business with this individual.
