It was a fun experience! I did the cryotherapy and hyperbaric chamber. The hyperbaric chamber felt like I was in an airplane with the chamber pressurizing. I was able to watch on my smart watch my blood oxygen level and it got up to 100%. Then the cryotherapy was very cold but I lasted the full 3 minutes getting all the way to -200. The massage chair was also very relaxing and like a full body massage!

Chillax Recovery is one of the best places that has opened in Vernal. It has a variety of options that you use to have to get out of town. Now you can have options of plenty for feeling your best. My favorite so far was the massage chair…it was great. Try it out soon.
