This place is really hit and miss unfortunately. There are some techs who take their time and do a really good job. But if you don’t get one of those FEW techs, your experience is going to be rushed and sloppy. Winnie is a hot commodity. If you can get her to do your nails, your experience is going to be fine. But if not, you’re gambling on whether you will be happy at the end of your appointment. These are my nails the day they were done. The guy was rude and does not do a good job. My nails are bumpy and the polish is not consistently painted on my nails. I kept trying to give them a chance, but this is my last time coming here for any services.

New spot in NoHo! Atmosphere was super luxurious and nice. All the staff were so welcoming. Did a pedicure because I didn’t have enough time to do my nails. Definitely will need to come back to get my nails done. I love the variety of color options. Will be back to upload my nails pics soon! This salon might just be my new favorite just from getting a pedicure. I had the best experience!

I loved everything about this place. The interior is clean, modern, and beautiful. The employees were extremely professional, including the reception staff and salon technicians. They have a wide selection of nail polishes, from colors to brands. I loved the “starry night blue” paint that Kevin customized for my manicure from two different polishes!.. Wanted to really like this place , I even returned a few times after Leaving unsatisfied. The first few times every thing was perfect. The older male tech working here is so quick and makes sure he does his job perfectly! Everyone else not so much. 2 weeks ago I came in for a Gel manicure and asked for a French tip and square nail with rounded corners and I still had to go home and file them. They just didn’t all look the same. I should’ve been more careful when I wa at here and asked to get it fixed. My nails all chipped within the next 3/5 days. I figured my nails maybe weren’t in the best condition and wanted to give them a try again.

It’s a cool spot in NoHo West that feels clean and organized. It is a bit pricey but they do a good job and they offer complimentary water and mimosa. You do have to be specific with what you want your nails to look like or if you have any ingrown nails because they will do the basics. I have definitely returned to this spot several times.

They are on the more expensive side but my nails always come out exactly how I want them and can wear them up to a month without them breaking. Winnie brings whatever design I give her to life. Staff is kind And attentive

I’ve been coming here for months & never experienced what I did today. The nail tech was super rude & rough with me. I literally left with nail glue & paint on my hands. They are SELECTIVE with who they give refreshments to. My nails are crooked & when I spoke up to fix I was told to wait & it never got fixed.
