I have been looking for a new hair stylist for a while and came to DiAnn because she offered a Groupon deal. For me, this a good way to test out someone new and evaluate if they are not only skilled but also professional enough to treat you with the same respect and attention given to any other customer, despite the fact that you are not paying full price that first time. The location and decor are modest, which I don’t mind. I’d rather pay for a quality job on my hair than fancy chairs and wall decor. DiAnn is warm, friendly, and relatable, as opposed to condescending and moody – the “attitude” I find prevalent in many of the trendy salons. I felt very comfortable. Most importantly, I left really happy with my hair! The highlight was done to exactly the color I requested, and it really accented the cut and style, which were also executed precisely as I had asked. DiAnn gave suggestions for maintaining my look, but she never once tried to push any products available for sale there. Best experience at a hair salon in a long time, and I will definitely return.

DiAnn Jones has been cutting my hair for several years. However, this time, I decided to make a big change. In the past she has layered my mid-back length, fine, curly, thick hair…always giving it “style” when it wasn’t in a messy bun or ponytail. This time, I chopped it, to a chin length, stacked, pixie style…longer in the front, short in the back. It’s so fun! And, she took the extra time to “tweek” it, as well. In spite of cowlicks and challenging hairline, she was able to cut my hair in the style I wanted. Thank you, DiAnn!
