The girls below management that work here are wonderful. However, management is absolutely terrible and rude; very disappointing. I’d purchased a $50+ bottle of tanning lotion which hadn’t even been opened/used and was refused a refund the very nect morning even though I was also a monthly membership holder (& have given refunds to other customers in front of me in the past). Mgmnt was SO rude and disrespectful, I ended up cxl’ing my membership. Also, they claim their bulbs are “hot” but actually they felt like the opposite. Either way, I would’ve stayed but couldn’t believe how poorly management feels it can treat its loyal customers. I’m happily taking my business elsewhere.

ONLY giving this rating because of the lack of ventilation. Ive NEVER been in a salon that didnt have AC in the rooms to prevent overheating. Ive had to exit the beds after less than 7min because the heat got excruciating painful and Ive been tanning for 4 years. I hope thos get addressed. It’s literally the only issue. Packages are extremely reasonable and convenient and I’ve experienced nothing but above par staff members (that have also related to the heat in the rooms)

Iv been tanning at chili peppers for over 10 years and I have always gotten the best tan and they have great prices the staff are always wonderful and have a smile on their face and very polite this is the number one tanning salon in Michigan that is the best
