I was a walk-in but was able to be helped right away. I wanted a drastic change in length and style. The stylist, Allysa, made sure she and I were on the same page before she started cutting. She was very informative and friendly. She suggested a couple of things to try and we ended up going with her ideas. I love the cut and am very happy with the service! I’ll be going back for my regular trims from now on.

I called about 20 minutes before I wanted to get my hair cut on 3/27/14 and they were able to fit me right in. When I got there, I showed them two coupons I had (one from Google and one from their website) and was trying to work out which would be the better deal for me. Rather than give me a hard time, they did the math and gave me the better deal. As I was getting my hair washed, I realized that the math was wrong and that the amount quoted was less than what I’d have been entitled to under either coupon. I chatted with my hair stylist, Rebecca, about it as someone else was also thinking out loud about it. We continued on chatting and getting to know each other since it was my first visit.
