Critical: ProfessionalismHad an appointment booked, was called the day before, I answered, I got no hello, no introduction, all that was said was that I had and appointment and was asked if I was coming to the barbershop or not. After I explained that my appointment was for the next day and for a different time, he said “let me check” after he checked he came back and all I got is a “You’re right sorry” and then I was hung up on. So to summarize, he cold called me, accused me of not showing up for my reservation, when I corrected him, he then hung up on me.Needless to say, due to the rudeness of the person on the phone, I then cancelled my reservation for the next day and have booked somewhere else. I won’t be spending money supporting someone who doesn’t have basic courtesy when dealing with customers when it wasn’t their mistake.
