Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueChic Salon… what can I say? As I walked into the salon, I was greeted and offered a beverage. The place is very clean, the staff as well as the owner: Mr. Jose are super friendly and professional. They make you feel not only at home but family. José did an awesome job on my hair. Not only he does long hair, he also does short hair (like mine☺️). He answered all my questions and he listened to my ideas…. and he sure delivered. I absolutely recommend Chic Salon. I definitely be returning… looking forward to my next appointment .I also had the pleasure in talking with Josh: esthetician who is knowledgeable in skin care and treatment. Chic Salon… what can I say? As I walked into the salon, I was greeted and offered a beverage. The place is very clean, the staff as well as the owner: Mr. Jose are super friendly and professional. They make you feel not only at home but family. José did an awesome job on my hair. Not only he does long hair, he also does short hair (like mine☺️). Jose is talented, welcoming and the environment is clean & modern. I’ve enjoyed every visit and he has a lifetime customer. Be prepared to smile & laugh.COVID Review-Jose communicated while he was closed, provided classes online for his clients. When he opened, he was fair with setting appointments. I went the first week of his opening. It was comfortable under the circumstances. He followed protocol and made the process seamless. I truly appriciate the sanitary care they have for each client, every chair is sanitized when you move, the attention to detail offering a beverage, the enviroment all in all was excellent! My trip was very worth it all. I flew from FL to CT just to visit Chic by Jose salon! The professionalism with the whole staff and outstanding service from Jose. I truly appriciate the sanitary care they have for each client, every chair is sanitized when you move, the attention to detail offering a beverage, the enviroment all in all was excellent!
