I just got my hair done here I asked for a full highlight and they bleached my entire head. I told her before that she probably wouldn’t be able to get it as light as I would like since I had dyed dark hair. She started putting my hair in foils…2 hours later my hair was still in the foils while someone else had to step in thank god she did because I probably wouldn’t have any hair at all rn if not. Then the foils were being taken out and they started brushing as my hair is falling out due to how long they were baking pretty much. Then she had to cut some of my hair off because it was so bad. I just had my hair trimmed 2weeks before this appointment. She couldn’t blow dry my hair because it was so bad. I didn’t realize until I got home how bad it was, and there is still bleach dried in my scalp…I paid $300 to have my healthy curls turned into spaghetti noodles. Definitely don’t recommend.

Critical: ProfessionalismThey advertise walk ins with a big sign outside their window and it caught my eye before leaving Publix. I drove down there to get a haircut hours before closing and they say they are all booked up for the rest of the day after I drove all the way down there. Also the inside smells.
