She always customizes the massage, asks what I need work on and communicates well during the massage, but not to the point that I’m no longer relaxing and enjoying it. I am always impressed by Carla’s knowledge of the body! She sat with me after my 90min massage and we talked about what ways I could improve my posture with stretching and how it could also help alleviate my discomfort between massages.
